Ridge Building Group Carpenter Referral Program

​How it works

Ridge Building Group is offering a $2,000 referral bonus for qualified carpenter referrals. The bonus is shared between the referee ($1,000) and the candidate ($1,000) when the candidate is successfully hired.

Eligibility

• Referees can be anyone, but must be an Australian resident.

• Candidates must meet the qualifications and experience requirements for the advertised carpenter role.
   

Referral Process

• The candidate must mention the referee’s name when they apply.

• Referrals must be submitted before the candidate is contacted or hired by Ridge.

• Referees cannot refer themselves.
   

Payment Details

• Bonuses are paid by direct debit.

• Payment is made after the candidate successfully completes six (6) months of continuous employment.
   

Program Limitations

• The program is only valid for new hires and cannot be applied retrospectively.

• The bonus is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits except as stated.
   

Other Terms

• Ridge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

• Participation in the program confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• The program is subject to all applicable Australian laws, and disputes will be governed by the laws of South Australia.

• Ridge’s decision regarding eligibility and payment of referral bonuses is final.
